Over the last 3 years my husband and I have appointed Solutions Three to carry out two major and separate renovation projects on our home. At all times the Solution Three team carried out their work in a professional manner. I found both their onsite and off site supervisors courteous and always available to discuss the progress of the project. Particularly they were ready to address the difficulties that inevitably arise during the process of a renovation and to provide timely and well thought through solutions. Solutions three are justifiable proud of the standard of their work and demand that standard from their sub contractors. Working with Solutions three over the past three years on two renovation projects has been a very positive experience for both myself and my husband and we would wish to involve them in any future work should be need arise.

We have known Andrew Currie S3 's Managjng Director for many years and after much consideration we decided to employ S3 on our first project and eventual\,' the other 2 stages. We were acutely aware of the risks of using a friend as the Builder as the horro'r, stories are plentiful. We involved S3 early in the process and used an open book process that allowed flexibility in detailing and changes during construction. “Our renovation was extremely complex whereby the upper story of our solid brick 1940’s home was supported whilst a large extension was created below. A total renovation was begun to turn a red brick 1978 house into a substancial modern family home. Whilst every part of the house was updated or extended throughout and the project grew as we went along, nothing was too hard for solutions-three to combat. Working with Solutions-three was an amazing journey, all their contractors and sub contractors were wonderful and the quality of the craftsmanship is evident, you just need to see the photos to believe it.
