The Ridgeway

The extension and renovation of a period home in Ivanhoe involved demolition of the old, poorly constructed renovations making up the back half of the house, extending the building towards the rear of the property, installing a pool, and constructing a garage and retaining wall up to 3m deep on the alleyway boundary.

Also a second storey extension, adding 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The finishing touches included tuck-pointing to brickwork and Victorian details.
