This architect-designed 40sq residence is situated within an environmentally sensitive area, and the customer wanted the design and building products to be eco-friendly.

Working closely with the customer, we installed a swimming pool with landscaped surrounds, and created a steel and timber construction with lightweight cladding to meet the environmentally-friendly requirements.
