St Vincent’s Care Services

This project’s objective was to modernise and open up the interiors of the village’s independent living units to meet new residents’ expectations.

Working with multiple bedroom and study configurations, we implemented numerous modernisations, including: reconfiguring of separate laundry/bathroom setups to ensuites with laundry facilities to provide more space; removing walls from kitchens to create open-plan living/dining areas; adding timber joinery and glazing to allow more light throughout each unit.

We completed all projects while existing residents and staff were onsite, but kept disruption to a minimum by considering their needs, implementing clever planning, and maintaining constant and effective communication. All projects were completed on time and on budget.
