With meticulous attention to detail, we constructed a cellar underneath the existing architect-designed home while the residents remained in the house, and while the pool house and pool continued to operate normally. Work included hand-digging of the cellar using a dig-and-pour process in order to support the existing house and create minimal fuss for the client and the architects. Using high-end joinery and high-end finishes, we delivered a particularly challenging job to the client’s satisfaction.
