Berkley Court

The comprehensive extension and complete fitout of this home included complete removal of the ground floor while holding up the double-brick first-floor, then creating an open plan kitchen and living area, plus a basement.

The external cladding of spotted gum and glass set this house apart from others, with some external walls counter levering  over 3 meters.

A subsequent project, initiated by the client in 2010, included installation of an inground pool and construction of a pool house in the back yard.

The client and their two young boys lived in the house for 90% of the first project, and 100% of the pool project.
