Allity Templestowe Manor

This refurbishment was undertaken while the facility was fully operational. To minimise disruption to residents and staff, we split the project into 15 sub-projects, so that business could continue uninterrupted. During the first phase of each sub-project, we created a temporary area to replace the one to be refurbished, and after it was operational, we began work on the existing area.
A highly successful project, this was finished on time and on budget, and the facility maintained full services throughout the entire time.
