Allity Greenview

The refurbishment of this entire facility, consisting of three main buildings, required five live contracts, a well-planned implementation of multiple stages, consideration of particular OH&S issues, and detailed project reporting.

The first contract was to completely rebuild the two links joining the buildings while the facility was operating, which required some clever thinking and planning. The other contracts were for refurbishing the main buildings and conducting rolling refurbishment of residents’ rooms.

All projects were completed on time and on budget.
