Andrew CurrieAndrew Currie 

Business Development Director

Andy’s experience spans more than 25 years in the building industry, from humble beginnings as a carpentry apprentice to founder of Werdna Homes, now known as Solutions Three. 

Andy brings with him invaluable ‘hands on’ experience and broad knowledge of the construction process and methodology. 

His rigorous approach to pre construction planning and estimating, team selection and collaboration enables him to drive the best possible outcome for each project. 

Throughout his career, Andy has built and maintains many long term relationships with designers, architects, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. This is recognition with the extensive experience, honest, passion and rigour he brings to all endeavours.

 


 

Bob (Shawn) ButtShawn (Bob) Butt 

Business Development Manager 

Bob has been working within the building and construction industry over the past 24 years. Project managing high end residential, various commercial projects and a range of projects within the retirement living and aged care sector($1-5M) which has set him in good steed for managing a diverse range of projects. Bob’s career with Solutions Three (then Werdna Homes) commenced approximately 10 years ago and saw him take on the position of QLD Manager. 

Bob has assisted Solutions Three to develop and build the business and systems in Queensland to become one of the states largest retirement village refurbishment specialists. 

Bob’s attention to detail and drive for perfection has been recognised by designers, architects and property owners. He continues to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and prides himself on his professional and accommodating work ethic, which has allowed his transition from QLD Manager to Business Development Manager.

Anton Coco

Systems & Estimating Manager 

Anton has over 12 years’ experience in the construction industry in a diverse range of functions. He joined Solutions Three and quickly progressed 

to Construction Supervisor. Anton later developed a passion for Estimating and Systems development and joined our Estimating department and now leads the team as the National Systems and Estimating Manager.  His hands-on knowledge and experience in construction has been invaluable in ensuring that building challenges and issues are turned into innovative solutions that add value during the Estimating process. Anton has also been pivotal to developing, and in implementing, a system that allows Solutions Three to provide instant, accurate live budget data to the Construction Team.

National Construction Manager

Kaine has a proven track record of more than a decade of success and experience gained, initially as a first year apprentice at Solutions Three from 2003.  Kaine quickly worked his way through the ranks to Supervisor.  More recently, Kaine has been Construction Manager in Victoria, overseeing and delivering our valued clients with high quality results across multiple construction projects with his team of experience and skilled trade professionals throughout Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, including Regional Victoria. 

 


 
 
Shane Tierney

Shane Tierney

Construction Manager 

Shane started his successful journey with Solutions Three as an apprentice carpenter in 2004.  Once qualified, he continued his career as a carpenter and transitioned seamlessly to Construction Supervisor and now, Construction Manager.

Shane has built solid rapport with clients, architects, consultants, trades and the Solutions Three team.  He has been responsible for training staff who have also elevated through the business.

Shane’s experience and high attention to detail has been developed in Aged Care, Hospitals, Residential and Hospitality developments including shopfitting both in Victoria and Interstate.  Shane's ability to innovate and strategise his way through a multitude of live building construction has been recognised by both Solutions Three and our clients.  His projects have ranged up to $5 Million dollars in value.

 

 

Scott WhyteScott Whyte                                                                                                  Construction Manager 

Scott began his career in 1988 as an apprentice Carpenter/Joiner and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Senior Site Foreman within the Company. Wanting to broaden his skill set, he studied & started his own business doing domestic renovations, extensions & office fitouts. During 2009, he was contracted to a Commercial Construction Company as a Site Manager on projects from $1M to $6M. With projects such as refurbishments of Heritage Listed Buildings, construction of PC2 Labs & complete refurbishments of multi storey buildings, being undertaken in & around live buildings. Since joining the Solutions Three team in 2013, Scott has continued using his skills elevating himself to the role of QLD Construction Manager & to help build an impressive team of like minded Construction Supervisors, Carpenters & Apprentices. Scott has over 27 years experience in the Construction industry & is an integral part of the Solutions Three team. He has a client focused approach to ensure a quality product is delivered on time.
